1. From the Spear Education home page, navigate to Spear TALK. For more information on navigating Spear TALK, see Spear TALK: Overview.
2. When you've located a topic you want to follow, at the top left of the post there will be an option to Subscribe to this Topic.
3. After clicking this option, you will be asked the following:
4. Select Yes if you wish to receive email notifications.
5. To view all the topics you are subscribed to, navigate to the subscriptions page using the button located on the top navigation bar.
6. On this page, you can view all of the topics you are following, turn email notifications on or off, and see recent activity on the topic.
