Dr. Benting has developed content for Spear Digest and for several Spear Study Club modules. He is a past-president of the Arizona section of the American College of Prosthodontists and currently serves on the ACP Board of Directors.
A board-certified orthodontist and periodontist, Dr. Bockow has published articles on interdisciplinary dental treatment in various dental journals. She has lectured nationally on corticotomy-facilitated orthodontic therapy and interdisciplinary treatment planning. Her practice in the Seattle area focuses on orthodontics and periodontics.
Dr. Bonk is a member of the Spear resident faculty. He has more than three decades of dental experience and is devoted to sharing his knowledge and skills of advanced restorative dentistry.
Dr. DeWood is Executive Vice President of Spear Education. As one of the founding members of Spear, he directed Curriculum and Clinical Education for nearly a decade prior to joining in the launch of Spear Practice Solutions. Today, he splits time between teaching and consulting and serves as an instructor in multiple Spear Workshops, including "Facially Generated Treatment Planning."
Dr. DeWood is a member of the Spear resident faculty with more than 35 years of dental wisdom. She brings a unique perspective to Spear through her experience as both a general dentist and practicing orthodontist.
Dr. Dichter brings nearly 20 years of clinical, research and teaching experience, both as a general dentist and as a prosthodontist, to his position with Spear.

Dr. Gunson graduated from UCLA Dental School and continued on to receive his medical degree and specialty certificate in oral and maxillofacial surgery from UCLA. His private practice in Santa Barbara, California, is limited to facial reconstructive surgery, surgical correction of sleep apnea and research.

Mr. Manji is the co-founder and chairman of Spear, providing the strategic vision and corporate leadership behind the industry's premier destination education center and digital learning platform, which he uses — along with his numerous speaking engagements, published articles and popular blog — to reach thousands of dentists every year.
As a practice management consultant, periodontal clinical educator and university faculty member, Ms. Marks has developed curriculum, authored journal articles and conducted seminars at dental schools, dental hygiene programs, major dental meetings, study clubs and faculty in-service programs. As a clinician, her experience is with both general and periodontal practices.
Dr. McKee is a member of the Spear Resident Faculty. He has maintained a private practice since 1984 in Downers Grove, Illinois where he treats a wide variety of cases with a focus on predictable restorative dentistry.
Dr. Mendelson is Spear’s Executive Vice President of Client Success. He is responsible for coaching Spear Masters Program members and study club leaders, directing Spear Faculty Club and hosting Spear Summit. As a Certified Professional Coach, he is passionate about personal development. He has contributed to leading industry publications and lectured extensively on color science, dentist/technician communications and the behavioral sciences.
Dr. Mitrani has authored many scientific articles and chapters in textbooks on implant prosthodontics and esthetic dentistry. He has given more than 500 lectures in 30 countries, maintains a private practice in Mexico City limited to prosthodontics and implants, serves as an instructor in Spear Seminars, frequently contributes to Spear Digest, and develops numerous lessons for Spear Online.
Ms. Morgan joined Spear in 2018 as Vice President of Consulting Strategy. For more than 25 years as a consultant and trainer, and as former CEO of Pride Institute — a nationally acclaimed, practice management consulting company — she and her teams have revitalized thousands of dental practices using management systems proven to help dentists become more secure, efficient and profitable.
Dr. Ratcliff is Spear's Executive Vice President of Business Development, a role in which he helps specialists and their restorative colleagues embrace the gifts and challenges of interdisciplinary care. His primary responsibilities are working with business partners to widen the reach of the Spear learning community and creating content for study club modules and Spear Online.
Dr. Rouse is recognized as a pioneer in the field of airway prosthodontics — the impact that a compromised airway has on the stomatognathic system. Along with fellow Spear Resident Faculty member Dr. Greggory Kinzer, he developed the "Seattle Protocol" to recognize, control and direct resolution of airway distress in a restorative dental practice.
Dr. Spear is one of the most influential speakers and educators in restorative and esthetic dentistry. Founder and Director of Spear Education, his lectures, seminars and workshops have transformed how dentists approach dentistry today.
As one of the world's most recognized prosthodontists and ceramists, Dr. Winter teaches dentists in Spear Workshops to understand the interdependence between laboratory procedures, treatment planning, restorative techniques, materials and laboratory procedures. He also produces Spear Study Club modules, creates clinical content for the Spear learning ecosystem, and has taught more than 900 didactic, clinical and technical courses in more than 40 countries.
