Dr. Benting has developed content for Spear Digest and for several Spear Study Club modules. He is a past-president of the Arizona section of the American College of Prosthodontists and currently serves on the ACP Board of Directors.
A board-certified orthodontist and periodontist, Dr. Bockow has published articles on interdisciplinary dental treatment in various dental journals. She has lectured nationally on corticotomy-facilitated orthodontic therapy and interdisciplinary treatment planning. Her practice in the Seattle area focuses on orthodontics and periodontics.
Dr. Bonk is a member of the Spear resident faculty. He has more than three decades of dental experience and is devoted to sharing his knowledge and skills of advanced restorative dentistry.
Dr. DeWood is the Executive Vice President of Spear Practice Solutions, the coaching and consulting arm of Spear Education. As one of the founding members of Spear, he previously served as Executive Vice President of Curriculum and Clinical Education for nearly a decade.
Dr. DeWood is a member of the Spear resident faculty with more than 35 years of dental wisdom. She brings a unique perspective to Spear through her experience as both a general dentist and practicing orthodontist.
Dr. Dichter brings nearly 20 years of clinical, research and teaching experience, both as a general dentist and as a prosthodontist, to his position with Spear.

Dr. Gunson graduated from UCLA Dental School and continued on to receive his medical degree and specialty certificate in oral and maxillofacial surgery from UCLA. His private practice in Santa Barbara, California, is limited to facial reconstructive surgery, surgical correction of sleep apnea and research.

As chairman of Spear, Mr. Manji provides the strategic vision and corporate leadership for the company as well as being a preeminent educator in the field of practice management.
Ms. Marks brings more than 30 years’ experience in clinical dental hygiene and teaching to her lectures as a member of Spear Resident Faculty. She currently serves as a practice management consultant and periodontal clinical educator for Marnee Management LLC, a consulting company she founded in 2010.
Dr. McKee is a member of the Spear Resident Faculty. He has maintained a private practice since 1984 in Downers Grove, Illinois where he treats a wide variety of cases with a focus on predictable restorative dentistry.
Dr. Mendelson is a Spear Resident Faculty member and Spear’s Executive Vice President of Client Services. He is responsible for coaching Spear Study Club leaders, directing the Spear Faculty Club, and is also the host of Spear Seminars and the Spear Summit.
Dr. Mitrani is a member of the Spear Resident Faculty, the Executive Director of Spear Digest and a Spear Seminar instructor. He has authored numerous scientific publications and chapters in text books in the fields of implant prosthodontics and esthetic dentistry and has given more than 400 lectures in 26 countries.

For more than 25 years as a consultant and trainer, and as former CEO of Pride Institute — a nationally acclaimed, practice management consulting company — she and her teams have revitalized thousands of dental practices using management systems proven to help dentists become more secure, efficient and profitable.
Dr. Ratcliff is Spear's Executive Vice President of Business Development, a role in which he helps specialists and their restorative colleagues embrace the gifts and challenges of interdisciplinary care.
