Your destination for learning and growth
From the moment you arrive on the Spear Campus, you’ll find a facility tailored for focused learning, professional inspiration, and community building. Our campus blends advanced technology, real-world operatory settings, and premium hospitality so you can stay focused on what matters: your growth.
Spear learning isn’t limited to Scottsdale

Clinicians on the East Coast can train at our Charlotte, North Carolina, location for the same immersive, high-caliber experience, without the cross-country flight. And with regional seminars hosted in major U.S. cities, you’ll get expert-led clinical education that fits your schedule and cuts down on travel. No matter where you join us, you’ll get the same evidence-based curriculum, inspiring faculty, and hands-on training that make Spear the leader in dental education.
Why come to Spear for CE?
Webinars can’t adjust your hand position. Livestreams don’t give tactile feedback. At Spear, you’ll practice side-by-side with mentors, get real-time coaching, and return Monday ready to implement, and bill, new procedures immediately. You’ll train on the same equipment used by leading clinicians, replacing months of trial-and-error with just days of calibrated growth.
What a 3‑day workshop looks like
Each workshop delivers up to 22.5 ADA–CERP and AGD–PACE hours, and at the end of the workshop, you’ll receive your printed certificate.
Day 1:
Foundation
Case photography, esthetic mock-ups, prep calibration. Build precision from the start.
Day 2:
Application
Provisionals, guided-surgery protocols, 3D-printed stents. Apply workflows and troubleshoot live.
Day 3:
Mastery and implementation
Tie esthetics, function, and biology together with capstone cases. Leave with checklists and protocols in hand.
Take the next step
Every detail at Spear’s Scottsdale Campus is built to maximize your growth, confidence, and clinical results.
