Dr. Victoria Farr

Dr. Victoria Farr brings more than 30 years of clinical and business experience to her role at Spear, where she coaches dentists on sustainable success through effective practice management. Dr. Farr built a thriving Northern California practice with her husband, Dr. Reza Moezi, and now, as a Spear Faculty member, she shares actionable, field-tested strategies through both in-person and virtual formats. Her work empowers dental teams to implement systems that support clinical excellence, profitability, and a values-driven practice culture.
