Aimee Fletcher

As the Director of Strategic Partnerships for Spear, Aimee Fletcher works with the executive stakeholders of dental organizations to develop professional growth programs for their clinicians and team members. Her expertise in curriculum development includes 20 years of teaching continuing education courses with a focus on dental practice growth, customer service, and finance. Fletcher has also served as a Spear Study Club advisor and marketing manager, giving her a deep understanding of Spear’s educational principles.
