Peter Schultheiss leads Spear’s product innovation through a blend of strategic insight, user-centered design, and technical expertise. With more than 20 years of experience spanning engineering, design, and project leadership, Mr. Schultheiss has driven development across multiple technology sectors, including computer storage and web platforms. He began his career as a web developer at Digital Metropolis and steadily rose to senior leadership, applying a systems-thinking mindset to digital transformation. He holds a degree in mathematical economics from Colgate University.
