Peter Schultheiss, Vice President of Technology & Infrastructure Operations, leads Spear’s technology strategy, cloud and infrastructure architecture, and operational execution to enable business growth and innovation. With more than two decades of technology leadership experience, he has built high-performing engineering teams, architected scalable cloud environments, and guided organizations through complex technical transformations. Prior to joining Spear, Schultheiss founded and led a consulting firm focused on web application development, cloud strategy, and systems architecture. He holds a degree in mathematical economics from Colgate University.
