Max Kazimierek, CPA, oversees accounting operations and the accounting team at Spear, monitoring cash collections, ensuring compliance with customer payment terms, and assessing risk controls, Before Spear, Mr. Kazimierek was controller at Clear Sky Capital and Urban Communities, with additional experience at DriveTime and EY. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona College of Management.
