Matthew Coggin is chief executive officer and president of Spear Education, where he leads the company’s strategic growth, educational innovation, and operational excellence. Mr. Coggin has more than two decades of leadership in the dental and healthcare industries, including executive roles at Dentsply Sirona and Bausch Health. He holds a degree in bioengineering from Johns Hopkins University and is deeply committed to advancing dentistry through world-class education.
