Jodi Kellerhals leads Spear’s Human Resources team, where she leverages her collaborative approach to help team members and leaders reach their full potential. Ms. Kellerhals has more than two decades of experience in human resources in a wide range of industries, focusing on building environments where people and organizations can thrive. She holds a graduate degree in human resources from Ottawa University and an undergraduate degree in business from Arizona State University.
