Dr. Thomas Leonard

Dr. Thomas Leonard helps shape how dental education is delivered and experienced across all learning formats at Spear. Before joining Spear in 2024, Dr. Leonard served in executive roles at Great Expressions Dental Centers — including Vice President of Clinical Practice, Doctor Development, and Orthodontics — and taught full-time at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine. He also served nine years in the U.S. Army Dental Corps.
