Part of Spear All Access Membership’s Navigator Program
The Program That Puts Learning into Practice
Navigator is Spear’s structured practice growth program, included in every Spear All Access membership. It gives your whole team a coordinated path for development, connects your campus learning to real-world implementation, and provides your Practice Growth Partner with the framework to keep everyone moving forward together.
How Navigator works
Navigator coordinates your team’s learning, your campus attendance, and your coaching into one connected system. Your Practice Growth Partner (PGP) assigns role-based training, connects it to what the doctor and their team learn at campus, and tracks progress so nothing gets left behind.
Step 1:
Set your direction
Your PGP meets with you to identify priorities and build a plan. Navigator gives them the framework to assign the right training to the right people from day one.
Step 2:
Train your team by role
Every team member gets training specific to their role through Navigator’s structured modules. Clinical, operational, and communication skills are all assigned and tracked through your Action Center.
Step 3:
Put it to work
The hardest part of any campus experience isn’t the learning. It’s Monday morning. Your PGP uses Navigator to connect what your doctors learned at campus to role-specific training for the whole team, so new clinical skills and practice management approaches get implemented in your practice, not just remembered from a workshop.
Ready to see Spear All Access in action?
When your team grows together, your practice does too.
Most practices develop people in isolation. The doctor goes to a workshop. The hygienist gets training. The front office team figures it out on their own. Everyone is learning, but nobody is moving in the same direction.
Navigator changes that. Every role in your practice has a structured development path, assigned and coordinated by your PGP. Implementation of new clinical skills, patient communication, case presentation, scheduling, and team huddle frameworks. Everyone is learning the same system, working toward the same goals.
When a team operates that way, the difference shows up everywhere.
A more confident team at every touchpoint
When your front office, hygienists, and clinical team all understand the practice’s goals and how their role supports them, patient interactions become more consistent, more confident, and more effective. Treatment gets presented clearly. Patients say yes more often.
Less turnover. More momentum.
Team members who are actively developing their skills and can see a path forward in your practice are more invested in its success. Navigator gives every person on your team a reason to stay and grow, not just a job to show up to.
A practice that doesn’t depend on the doctor to drive everything
When your team is trained, aligned, and accountable to shared goals, the doctor stops being the bottleneck. Your PGP keeps everyone on track between sessions. The practice grows because the system is working, not because you’re working harder.
