It’s a curriculum based on a layered-learning approach, with each workshop building on previous knowledge acquired in the series, culminating in the final workshop, Advanced Treatment Planning, where it all comes together, and participants examine cases together to develop their higher-level critical thinking and clinical skills.
Many of the attendees, such as Dr. Zineldine, already had experience with the Spear philosophy and were back to take their careers to the next level in a systematic way.
“The reason I chose to pursue Spear’s Core Curriculum is because I wanted to be a dentist that focuses on comprehensive treatment planning at the highest level,” said Dr. Zineldine. “All of the top doctors that I’d met after dental school told me the same thing: Start with Facially Generated Treatment Planning at Spear. I’m glad I took their advice because that changed my outlook on dentistry entirely. When you start taking courses here, you are immediately involved in a community of like-minded dentists, and you have access to so many experts who are willing and ready to help.”
