Spear Education, the leader in dental, is announcing that it has joined Women in DSO®, the official nonprofit supporting the empowerment and growth of women leaders in dental support organizations (DSO), as a Platinum Industry Partner. This partnership will help further Spear’s commitment to elevating the role and voice of women within the DSO community.

As a platinum member, Spear will participate in a range of events and initiatives spearheaded by Women in DSO®, including networking, professional mentorship, and specialized education, and will take part in contributing to a resource network designed to enhance the recognition of women and support the development of future leaders in the dental space.

In addition, Spear’s Director of Sales for Spear Enterprise, has been appointed to the 2023 Women in DSO Advisory Board and will be a part of transforming the dental space for women. “Women in DSO® is an important part of the DSO community,” said Kwiecien. “I’m thrilled to join their Advisory Board and work with so many talented women to support its mission of advancing the role and voice of women in dentistry.”
