What’s included:

As a Navigator member, you’ll have monthly access to an experienced Practice Growth Partner who works with you to define practice goals and assigns customized training for you and your team. Your PGP will lead your team through training on critical topics, including improving case acceptance, holding effective team huddles, and marketing to new patients.

Advancing clinical skills is integral to practice growth. Navigator Pro members can attend any Spear workshop for free for the duration of their Navigator Pro contract. This includes all core and specialty hands-on workshops and seminars, covering a wide range of topics.

Navigator gives your team the tools they need to be successful. This includes training time with your PGP and access to proven resources covering every aspect of practice operations. An AI agent trained on Spear’s approach is also available 24/7 to create customized resources you can put into practice immediately.

Spear has partnered with Dental Intelligence to develop a customized scorecard that tracks the most critical metrics to increase efficiency and improve practice health. Dental Intelligence is included for Navigator members, and if you already have a different analytics solution in place, you can still use Navigator.
