The Spear Core Workshop Curriculum is designed to help dentists master predictable, long-term success for cases from common to complex. Participants elevate themselves and their practices with learnings they can apply to everyday dentistry. The series includes:

“I use it every day,” said Dr. Doug Klein. “The layered learning is effective because you always return to principles learned in the first workshop.

“For me, the biggest return on investment is how I feel about what I do. I’m making a living, but also doing what I love to do. I feel fulfilled and it’s changed and shaped my practice. There’s financial return too, but I feel really good about what I do for patients.”

The final workshop, Advanced Treatment Planning, goes beyond hand skills to really challenge standard methods for considering cases. Interacting with like-minded peers by examining cases together helps develop critical thinking and incorporates nearly everything covered in the previous workshops.

“We’re at the leading edge of dentistry. But learning from Jeff Rouse about his own practice evolution is freeing and he knows what works and doesn’t work,” said Dr. Jon Woller. “There’s still more to learn if you believe in yourself and doing the right thing for your patient. I know it’s not the end of our learning here.”
