Through multiple roles with Spear Education, Mr. McWethy has played an integral part in the overall growth of the company, solidifying Spear's position as a global authority on dental education.

Prior to joining Spear, he worked in a variety of industries, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, and has experience building exceptional organizations in a variety of business climates.

As a valued Spear employee, Mr. McWethy has led marketing, human resources, overseen the creation of consulting solutions, co-authored the book, "Case Acceptance in the Modern Dental Practice” with Dr. Frank Spear, led the development of the Patient Education platform and tablet app, and provides instructional support in multiple Spear seminars.

When not working, he enjoys time with his kids and occasionally sneaking out into the wilderness, when time permits.
