Spear is excited to announce its acquisition of California-based industry leader Pride Institute. Pride Institute is globally known for providing in-depth, top-of-the-line practice management solutions, and this acquisition will have a substantial impact on Spear's pre-existing arsenal of practice management tools and courses.

Spear's Practice Solutions platform will be one of the most significantly impacted tools, though the acquisition will considerably enhance the overall educational content available to dental professionals around the world.

"Their approach to dental consulting aligns perfectly with Spear’s philosophy and Practice Solutions consulting model," said Spear President Rezwan Manji. "We are excited to incorporate Pride Institute's decades of knowledge and expertise to help our clients and their teams achieve their practice goals.”

Spear Practice Solutions' primary mission is already to empower dentists to achieve their highest practice goals while keeping their clinical expertise sharp, and Pride Institute will help take that to the next level by bringing its expert knowledge to Spear's pre-existing network.

In addition to the acquisition of the overall Institute, Spear is happy to announce that Pride's CEO, Amy Morgan, will now serve as a member of Spear's Resident Faculty. As such, Morgan will be teaching practice management courses both online and on campus, further integrating our two organizations into one practice management powerhouse.

Pride's tireless focus on crating better practice management solutions for dental professionals all began with the vision of founder Dr. Jim Pride, a longtime advocate for increased education to help dentists balance the clinical and business demands of their practices.

"When Dr. Pride passed away in 2004, we made a promise that we would carry on his legacy, utilizing new models and new methods to create success. It has been 14 years and all of us at Pride Institute continue to pursue that vision,” Morgan said. “We are excited to join Spear Education and take Dr. Pride’s vision to the next level.”
