Spear released three new learning pathways to better help dental practices more efficiently and thoroughly onboard new team members.

Each pathway was created for specific roles in the clinic: dental assistants, dental hygienists, and the front office. The pathways are designed to introduce new team members to the concepts of health-centered dentistry and comprehensive care in order to help make them familiar with the values that set the practice apart.

Using the syllabus provided in the first course, each pathway is intended to be completed within nine weeks. All three pathways begin with the course "New Hire Training: Practice Philosophy for the Dental Team."
