Jay Platt, D.D.S.

Dr. Platt practices all phases of oral and maxillofacial surgery, concentrating on all types of extractions, placement of dental implants, exposure of impacted teeth, pathology, and corrective jaw surgery. He has great interest and experience in intraoral bone grafts and placement of dental implants. Dr. Platt is founder of the Northwest Indiana Dental Implant Study Club and has earned numerous appointments and memberships to national and statewide dental organizations. He earned his D.D.S. from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1986.
