Annual Leaders Symposium
Study Club leaders attend an exclusive annual meeting in Scottsdale, Ariz. This 2.5 day event is dedicated to helping you grow as a leader and study club facilitator, as well as aiding in practice development and growth.

Leader Forums
Leaders participate in special one-day leader forums, which take place on the day prior to each Spear seminar. These intimate programs are focused on leadership, fostering an effective study club and achieving specialist practice goals.

Learning Modules
At the heart of the Spear Study Club experience is a clinical agenda of interdisciplinary learning modules provided by Spear Education and directed by Dr. Steve Ratcliff. Group members choose up to 12 titles per year from the Spear learning library, and collaborate to create treatment plans through interactive DVD-supported presentations.

Spear Seminar
The group's initial Spear Education seminar represents the first step in a lifelong journey of learning. Members have the opportunity to attend a 2.5 day seminar to learn from Frank Spear and other Spear faculty. Each seminar earns 17 CE credits, and the tuition fee (value $1,650 per person) is waived for members in the first year. Attending the first seminar as a group is a powerful bonding experience. Creating Esthetic Excellence, Demystifying Occlusion, Treating the Worn Dentition, Excellence in Restorative Procedures and Techniques and The Art of Treatment Planning. -
Microsite
Study Club members have access to their club's own password-protected microsite, rich with resources for both clinical excellence and practice growth, discussion boards and upload capabilities. Use this online community to collaborate, post cases and interact with your club at any time, wherever you are.
