You Shouldn’t Have to Figure It Out Alone

Dentistry can feel isolating. Complex cases, tough treatment conversations, decisions that weigh on you long after the patient leaves… many dentists face these moments without anyone to call.

Spear Study Clubs change that. You’ll meet regularly with a small group of peers to work through real cases, challenge each other’s thinking, and build the kind of relationships that make you a better clinician and make the work more rewarding.

Fully integrated into Spear Practice membership, Study Clubs make clinical growth, peer accountability, and meaningful professional relationships part of how dentists become better dentists.

Why join a Spear Study Club?

For more than 15 years, Spear has helped thousands of dentists build stronger practices through structured, case-based learning. Unlike informal groups, Spear Study Clubs are backed by a proven curriculum, digital tools, and a national community of peers and faculty.

Education Rooted in Community

Study clubs provide a safe, judgment-free space to:

  • Discuss real-world cases and get fresh perspectives.
  • Strengthen communication and handoffs for smoother patient care.
  • Build clinical confidence that carries into everyday dentistry.

The result is more consistent dentistry, better patient outcomes, and renewed energy for you and your team.
