I Guess Occlusion Does Matter?

This is a case from my failure file. These provisionals kept breaking in the same place. The lower lateral is a provisional on top of an implant temporary abutment.
There is no question that this one is an occlusal issue, so what do you see? What was it that I missed?

Hi Steve! I think the Distal incisal edge on the lateral incisor is too high and is an interference in right lateral? Thank yo for sharing with us !!!
