Spear Faculty Club Event 2009
I cannot believe the Spear Faculty Club annual event has come and gone. Like most great events, a big piece of the fun was all the planning that went before, and it was worth it. – the event was spectacular. I loved watching people reconnect with friends from their local community, neither knowing that the other was a member of the group. We also had old friends from dental school who reconnected, saw people they had taken CE courses with years ago or just last week. Every break and social event was filled with hugs and smiles and catching up about life, family and dentistry. No one wanted the weekend to be over, and the anticipation of next year’s event was part of all the goodbyes.
I am lucky in that I will get to see old friends and new, catch up and share hugs and smiles during the year at every course we hold. What an incredible gift to be able to walk into the Center and feel at home, seeing lots of familiar faces on the staff, and connecting with friends from all over the world who share a passion for life and dentistry.
This is a gift every member of the Spear Faculty Club shares, so come out and recharge as often as needed!
