Spear Education Faculty The collective experience and knowledge of the faculty at Spear Education spans decades and disciplines. Prosthodontists, periodontists, restorative dentists, orthodontists, master clinicians – our instructors are a comprehensive representation of dentistry’s specialties. Each instructor’s expertise is enhanced by the innate ability to convey information and the capacity to connect and communicate with participants. As proficiencies are passed on, students become the next generation of masters.

He is a consummate educator, absolutely committed to advancing dental learning. Known for his ease of communication and aptitude for simplifying highly technical procedures, Dr. Spear has changed the methodologies and thought processes of literally thousands of doctors, enabling them to provide better patient care and enjoy greater practice success.

Spear Faculty Club

The Spear Faculty Club is an exclusive group of doctors who have completed the Spear Mastery Continuum and who assist in and mentor Spear Education courses. As part of the Spear Faculty Club, you’ll stay committed to education, renew your practice passion and spend time with like-minded colleagues, which so many dentists in solo practices miss out on.

Membership Tiers

Lead Mentor: If you have completed or made significant progress through the Spear Mastery Curriculum, have demonstrated skills in mentoring, and have expressed commitment to mentor and help other Mentors grow, the Lead Mentor role may be right for you.

Mentor: You’ll embark on the enriching experience of working with students. Resident Faculty and two Lead Mentors will be by your side as you become more comfortable mentoring.

Member: If you’re not quite ready to mentor, you can still enjoy the Faculty Club camaraderie, education, events and benefits as a Member.
