April 27 – May 4, 2009 marked the first Spear Week of 2009, and in short, it was AMAZING!
Over 300 doctors descended upon the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry to participate in seminars and courses featuring Drs. Frank Spear, Gary DeWood and Lee Ann Brady. Special appearances were made by Seattle-based prosthodontist Dr. Greggory Kinzer and practice growth expert Imtiaz Manji.
The week was a compendium of knowledge, with two Facially Generated Treatment Planning courses, an Occlusion workshop and a Treating the Worn Dentition seminar taking place throughout the week.
The overall atmosphere was one of excitement, and Scottsdale Center was abuzz with knowledge, from lecture halls to labs to impromptu gatherings on the patios. The instructors delivered inspiring, practice-changing education, further raising the levels of clinical and patient care excellence for all who attended.
Participants enjoyed the temperate late April weather, and many of them walked over from their rooms at the Fairmont Princess resort adjacent to Scottsdale Center. Attendees and faculty wound down with friendly conversation, drinks and appetizers at a Friday afternoon casual get-together.
The week couldn’t have gone any better, and we look forward to the next Spear Week!
